This cookie mold collection of traditional design was hand-carved by my dad, Otto Werner (1923 - 1991). They are good solid pieces with very smooth surfaces and well aged patina, beautifully detailed. A cutter is skillfully inlaid into the surface of each mold for exact cutting of the cookie dough - a wonderful kitchen display piece or it could be put into service. These good-sized molds are very solid and used to shape the dough for gingerbread cookies, spekulatius cookies, springerle cookies and Aachener Printen.
