This oil painting by my dad, Otto Werner (1923 - 1991) was a study that he did in his early years as a student of a German Master artist (I'm afraid I don't know who - if you do, please let me know so I can give credit). Apparently, it is a scene in a region of Germany called The Eifel. The painting is framed in an ornate antique frame.
