My basic PRICE LIST will give you a general idea of my fees; however, for a definite quote, please email your photo and specifications (size, watercolor, oil, acrylic, pencil) along with details you would like added, omitted, changed or combined with another photo. I would be delighted to examine your photographs and offer suggestions.

This architectural watercolor painting of a beautiful Brownstone home in New Jersey was commissioned by a young lady who wished to thank her cousin for allowing her to live rent-free in this awesome brownstone while searching for more permanent accommodations. It was agreed in advance that I should take some artistic liberties and omit the overhead wires and vehicles parked in front of the building. I also changed my reference photo point of view slightly so that the beautiful foreground Maple tree would obscure the neighboring building and add a natural element to this urban townhouse composition!
